After a configurable delay, incoming ringing calls can be automatically forwarded.
The number of concurrent incoming calls can be limited by the user. Extra calls are forwarded or rejected.
The user can send instant message to phones.
Outlook contacts with photos can be imported to the application.
The user can see Windows/MSN/Live Messenger user presence and send messages from the application.
The user can quickly dial a phone number by typing it, the last dialed phone numbers are available by clicking on the dial icon.
The number of voicemail messages is shown, it turns to bold when a new unread message is available.

The user can click on the voicemail icon to quickly call his voicemail.
The network latency is checked on regular basis and shown through a small icon green, orange or red.
The number of missed calls is shown, the user can click on the icon to quickly call back callers.
The call log shows the list of completed incoming and outgoing calls with the call status when the call was disconnected. The user can sort the list, search for phone numbers and quickly call back.
Desktop alert is shown on incoming call with the caller information and photo when available. The user can quickly pick up or reject the call using the alert window buttons.
A tray icon is available which allows the user to manage calls, change his status, view voicemail messages, missed calls, without showing the application.

Drag and drop is available to place outgoing calls, transfer calls or copy users from one directory to another.
Keyboard shortcuts are available to pick up calls, put calls on hold, transfer calls, hang up calls, search directories.
When the user clicks on a callto URL from his web browser, the application calls the URL phone number.

From any application the user can select any phone number and press Windows-C to call it.

The user can manage directories. Each directory contains a list of users. Each user has a photo and information such as Company, Office, Department, Title. Each user has multiple contacts such as Phone, Mobile, Home, Voicemail, E-mail, MSN, Web.
A directory can contain local users (local to your home/place) or external users. When local users are called or call they're shown in bold to quickly identify them. The application can also be configured to reject external callers or to call external users anonymously.
The user can select which information and which contacts are shown in a directory. Among Company, Office, Department, Title, Phone, Mobile, Home, Voicemail, E-mail, MSN, Web.
Each directory supports enhanced search by Name, First Name, Company, Office, Department, Title, Phone, Mobile, Home, E-mail, MSN.
Each directory can be exported to vCard, CSV, XML format, users can be imported from vCard format.

Callers can be quickly added to a directory by using the call context menu.
The application offers the same skins than the Microsoft Office 2007 suite (blue, silver, black) and the same skin than the Media Player.
The font type or size can be adjusted for better readability or accessibility.
Multiple languages are supported: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Turkish, Russian.
The application supports several USB headsets/handsets without any extra drivers. Full range of keys/buttons are supported with on/off hook detection.
